After many rainy days, we enjoyed the California sunshine today. On our street, we see a line of trees with white flowers.

It looks similar to cherry blossoms, but I do not think they are. Anybody, any idea?

These trees have leaves, but they are not fresh spring green. In December, some of the leaves managed to turn colors but they stayed on without falling. Some of the leaves stubbornly stuck with their green color. So along with reddish brown leaves and still green ones, now we see flowers on the same trees. It's like before you have a chance to put down Christmas decorations, you are now coloring the Easter eggs. It just does not look right. The correct sequence is turn colors, lose leaves, have flowers and then get fresh green leaves. Do I have to teach them?
